All hair is thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 12pm EST. will be processed on the next business day.

For color processed bundles please add an additional 5 buisness days for shipping. 

No refunds available. Exchange only options available within 14 days from purchase, upon request for the original texture ordered. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges on hair that has been washed, worn, or altered.
